I am looking to create a centralised information library which hosts regular requests for information queries received by my team and their standardised responses. I want this library to act as a central repository for the team almost like an FAQ. This would be filterable if possible. I am new to Confluence and keen to understand if and how this would be possible.

Hi @Miles Hawes welcome to the community. This sounds like you would like to use a Confluence Space as a Knowledge Base.  You can have the title be the question and the answer and details in the article itself.  Here's a Data Center article that goes over the concept: use-confluence-as-a-knowledge-base

Most of the cloud articles I found were for hooking up a Confluence site as a KB for JSM, which is what I do.  So I don't have a lot of details on using Confluence Standalone for a KB, but it should be doable.

Hope this helps.
