I have created space for java developers to upload their documentation in the confluence. How to manage space permissions in such a way that only java developers users can see the space and not other users/groups?
As you are in Free mode for your confluence instance, you won't be able to change the space permissions. You will have to move to a paid plan in the aim to do that.
Regards,
you can do this via space permissions.
There you can manage which confluence user / group can access the space.
So in your case you can only assign your java devs to the space and remove any other group permissions / user permissions. Now only your devs can see the space.
Best,
Erik

You can remove all groups from the space permissions and add the developer group only if no group adds them as individual users. Also, use the parent-level page restrictions and grant view/edit permission only to developers.
