How do I find a owner of a space and change ownership?

As an admin, look at the permissions on the space.  There isn't really a "space owner", it's more "who can administrate the space other than the system admins"

Space owners get requests for permissions, so the are more special than any administrator. Transferring ownership would transfer the task of setting permissions.

Hi Ruwan,

In addition to Nic's answers, If you'd like, you can also look for the "setspacepermission" permission type in the table "spacepermissions" in confluence database. Usually the Groups/Users that have this permission are space administrators of the space in question.
