I'm a system admin user and we're modifying the entire user permissions structure for the workspace.
My question is can we prevent Workspace admins from adding, editing or deleting users from the workspace they manage

welcome to the Atlassian community!
A space admin can manage access permissions to the space so he is able to add/remove/edit existing permissions. You can't avoid that using builtin feature.
Are u on a cloud or server instance?

I'm using the Server version of Confluence.
Is it possible to hide the permission button using HTML options or something similar? Or is there a plugin I can hire to take this action?
