I'm testing exporting a space from one confluence cloud to another. After import I'm seeing some strange behavior.

1000? Huh?
Something appears to be very messed up. I saw in the past few days some major things got broken like an inability to edit pages or something. Maybe this is related?
Hello Chris,
Thank you for reporting this to us! The bug ticket you found, CONFSERVER-59196, appears to have a similar error, but isn't directly related. It's related to a Confluence Server upgrade, which wouldn't apply to your Cloud Confluence site. Also, Confluence Server is versioned differently, so this explains why your version is 1000.0.0, which is the Cloud version.
I think that we will need to have a look at your Cloud site. It may need a cache refresh, or there might be an other issue as a result of the import. I'll raise a request for that, but I just have a few questions first:
Thank you for your help!
Shannon

Hi Chris,
Thank you for providing all of those details! So to be clear, problem only happens if you were to import a space which you create using the Copy Page Tree add-on?
I assume if you were to manually copy/rename the space using the 2nd procedure from How to Copy or Rename a Space, the same issue wouldn't occur?
We've been having some issues lately where customers aren't able to load certain pages/spaces in Confluence, and the trend was that they were created using an add-on much like Copy Page Tree. I suspect the issue could be related, and I'm currently looking for more information on that.
Take care,
Shannon

Hi Shannon,
I just tried the workflow I mentioned WITHOUT using copy page tree. Specifically, the workflow I used was
Result
Something interesting
When I follow the old workflow (use copy page tree, export, import) now the lables are ALSO working. I'm guessing ya'll pushed out some sort of fix last night. I'm going to start reporting the version of Cloud I'm using per post. Today I'm using:
So the issues are the multiexcert include and the REST error.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your patience! I wasn't able to find a specific issue that might cause this. It seems to be a rare problem, as I was able to only find a pair of examples recently, which resolved on their own. I also noticed this same error would crop up for a few different bugs from the past. That points to a broader cause, which may be a bit more specific to your site.
I'm adding your case information in an internal ticket now. Please check your email in a little while for your ticket number. If you can approve access to your site when you receive that, it will help us to get a head start in investigating the problem on your site.
Thanks again, and take care.
Shannon
