Some options missing (plugins and layout)

Hi there

I'm trialing Confluence out to see if it's suitable for my organisation. A few of the articles I've read on customising talk about going to the 'layouts' section of the admin panel, and also installing plugins from the plugins page. Neither of these options appear to me. THere is no option to install on the plugins page, and I don't see a layouts page. Is this beacuse I'm only trialing the software, or because it is on-demand, or some other reason?

Yes. It seems that Atlassian don't shout this loudly enough when people sign up for OnDemand
