Some Users are Unable to access "Saved for Later" under their Profile

Hello All,

Some of our users are reporting that they are unable to access their spaces under "Saved for Later." I and a few others are able to access our saved for later page and view our saved favorites. What could be the issue for some of these other folks?

They a presented with an error:

Oops - an error has occurred logo

System Error A system error has occurred — our apologies!

For immediate troubleshooting, consult our knowledge base for a solution.

If you would like to receive support from Atlassian's support team, ask your Confluence administrator to create a support issue on Atlassian's support system with the following information:

a description of your problem and what you were doing at the time it occurred a copy of the error and system information found below

a copy of the application logs (if possible).

Your Confluence administrator can use the support request form to create a support ticket which will include this information.

My instance is also returning this error on DC 8.5.5. We just upgraded from 7.13.9

We're also seeing some users with this issue in Datacenter. 8.5.5

Upgraded to 8.8.1 and it's now working for all my problem users.

It looks like this may be fixed in a newer version? In looking through the release notes of 8.5.6, this is addressed in the first line of fixes.  8.7 seems to end at .2 but 8.8.0 was released the same day as 8.5.6 and also has the same fix, so I would suggest upgrading to that.

We are encountering the same exact error with Data Center 8.5.5.

Yes, it was there in 8.5.5 and now for us 8.5.11 (LTS) as well.
