Can I be notified for a new question in Questions for Confluence on my smart phone ?

Hi Francois, 

Notifications for Questions are sent via email.  There is a feature request to have notifications go to the workbox as well: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CQ-172

So if you've got your email on your phone, yes you can, but you won't get notifications through the mobile app.
