I'm about to start using SmartSVN and I can not find in the documentation how to ckeck-out a single file and lock, but that my colleagues can check-out and lock other files in the same directory. I know that from version 1.7 of subversion you can achieve that.

Are you looking to integrate SmartSVN with any Atlassian products (Jira, Bitbucket, etc)? We offer support for Atlassian products on this forum and can guide you with any integration-related questions. But we don't support SmartSVN itself and very few folks here use SVN at all - git is the preferred source control protocol for Atlassian products!
