Hi altogether,
in that cases a lot more information would be needed as there is a bunch of possible causes.
It would be needed to know if the instances are on a Confluence Server (Data Center) or in Confluence Cloud.
After having those information troubleshooting can begin but it every case to be inspected individually. Sometimes Community can help - but only if as many as possible details are provided.
