Is there a way to create a shortcut (shortkey) to create a code block in the newest confluence?

Hello Smika,
You can insert a code macro by typing "{" and typing "code". That will invoke the Code Block Macro, documented here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Code+Block+Macro.
