[ Shift + Enter ] is not working for line break

It doesn't work at some point.
I definitely used it 2 ~ 3 weeks ago.

I tried using different PCs and keyboards 'cuz I thought it might be an issue with the device itself, but it still didn't work. so frustrated....

Have anyone experienced the same issue?
and how did you solve it?

Shift+enter works fine on my instance:

What do you get when pressing shift+enter? A paragraph change?
