I'd like to be able to add Confluence articles to a ServiceNow Knowledge base. Is there currently a solution in place to do this?

I can tell you that, as of today, there is no solution to this situation from Atlassian. You might be able to find a third-party plugin in our marketplace that helps you with this objective:
As I understand, ServiceNow also has the power to use iFrames within its Knowledge Base pages. However, Confluence Cloud can not be used within iFrames. You can check this thread about it here:
