Series of questions for projects

Douglas Curry September 7, 2020

We have a series of questions for folks in our company that we need answered before the project starts. We have a total of 10 questions to help clarify the project and its steps. All employees have access to Confluence, Questions for Confluence and Trello. Most of the staff has limited technology exposure and we need to keep this a s simple as possible to get the 10 questions answered.  I'm looking for suggestions as to which application to use and how to best set this up so we can easily repeats the process?

Thanks!

Hi @Douglas Curry

I'd think from a simplicity and storage perspective, Confluence would be a good option here.

You could:

  1. Create a Space where all of these questionnaires are kept - or, if each project will have its own Space, create the Space first
  2. Create a Template with the questions pre-set on it.
  3. Request during project set-up that users go to the Space, create a new page and select the "Questions Template", populating answers below each question.
  4. Keep the document for future use/reference.

^ This is a nice, simple approach and Confluence is quite easy to use!

See more on templates on these pages.
