Sending a formatted email

I use ConfiForms IFTTT Integration Rules to send updates from the form and table I use in the wiki. I would like to send a formatted email of the updates, I am not even sure how to start that or what to use. CSS Stylesheet? or is there another function in the Macros I can use? Any suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thanks

You can enable this option for the ConfiForms IFTTT

Also, any styling you have in your IFTTT macro body (which is used as an email message body) you will have in the email and that will be rendered (if that is supported by the email client)
