Send email notification limit in Confluence?

Hi we have started using the Then:Send email when we publish a blog to all our users ~600 in group and when we did the first one, it only sent an AI Summary email to around 60 people randomly in the user group. 

Is there a limit of email sent as we are on an enterprise so it is unlimited and wondering if the automation has an email limit set? As I read in the instructions, there is no limit of emails sent so wondering why it did this?

As stated by Atlassian in their documentation (at the end of the page), the limit of notification per month is 1000 rule executions for every user on a
Premium plan

Since you're on a Entrepise plan, it shouldn't be a limit on the number of executions.

I recommend you to reach Atlassian support on this to solve your automation issue faster.

@PJ Dal Pozzo Is your automation cycling through a list of 600 users and sending individual emails? There may be some issue with this number or process. Could you instead create one or more email distribution lists for the 600 users and send emails to those?

(Note: I'm on Standard, so I don't have the Automation feature. This is just something that occurred to me as a possibility.)

Yes tried that and it seems to select randomly any person on the list! We have now done this twicer and in both cases, different people randomly were selected! I will raise a support ticket. Thanks for your interest!
