Seeing what changes happened in a draft

Is there a way to see the differences between a draft update for a page and the published version of that page? Since Confluence saves a draft when you leave a page while editing, I occasionally come back and see a draft with no clue as to what I had changed.

Any feedback on this question? 

With collaborative editing and 'shared draft', this is even more complex to SAVE/PUBLISH a page without knowing what are the pending changes / what have been modified by others.
