good morning,

We have detected that for a few days the search does not seem to work, or does not work well,

If we search for pages by a word in the title, or a word that is within the page, the search engine does not return results,

This seemed to have happened to us once when we had confluence on premise, in our infrastructure, but not in the cloud,

When this happened to us, we had to rebuild the indexes, but in the cloud I can't find a similar option,

Can you check what's happening?

Hi @Diego L_ , for this issue you should reach out the Atlassian Support directly especially as you have indicated that you are on Premium tier. be sure to provide specific examples, e.g. word used in search, pages you expected in results, etc.

There was an issue a couple of days ago that affected Search

While now resolved, it apparently caused issue that were rectified by re-indexing Confluence sites by Atlassian.

As @Jack Brickey suggested, get in touch with Atlassian support, I think it's safe to quote the incident and ask for re-indexing.

Our site was affected, Atlassian triggered re-indexing which rectified the situation even before the official fix.
