Hi team,
This is bug, and I don't know if the community is the best place.
It seems that the search functionality is not working anymore :(
I used to search title=true to have better results, but when I search something like "oem configuration" if I have a page called OEM Configuration, it is not retrieved.
https://workato.atlassian.net/wiki/search?text=oem%20configuration&title=true
It's impossible to work in this way; I've been experiencing this issue since the beginning of the week. Can you please help? Thanks.
Hi @Alessio Ragni ,
I think, you can try advanced search in confluence and provide query title ~ "\oem configuration" to find the exact name and try to give more filters by selecting some options on right side like space, contributor, type etc. to make search more concise.
And I won't be able to access your URL. If your search is still not working, please try to avoid some screenshot.
Team, it's a bug; before, it worked well.
Attached are some screenshots, this is just an example but it happens with multiple pages and different words.
Please help me, basically I can't search on Confluence :(

I am having the exact same problem.
When I enter a search string that exactly matches a page title, that page used to be at the top of the results.
Now, it's nowhere to be found; it almost looks like title isn't even being considered for a match any longer.
I went from being able to quickly find things to being unbelievably aggravated and frustrated.

Hi @Alessio Ragni ,
I have explained you the correct steps. If you still have any concerns, you can check with Atlassian.

@Rachit Singhal
I don't have concerns :) I know the correct steps, the problem is that this is a bug, how can I create a new bug issue for Atlassian? Can you help me? Thanks.

Hi @Alessio Ragni ,
In my understanding, this is not bug. But you can view all the existing bugs using below URL:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-76700?jql=project%20%3D%20CONFCLOUD
I think for raising the Bug, you need to reach out to Atlassian Support, if you are using paid plan.

@Rachit Singhal as I already explained this is a bug, I sent screenshots, and as I said before this was working. I tried to raise a bug but it redirects me to the Community :(
Can you please help me to understand how can I raise a bug? Thanks.

Hi @Alessio Ragni ,
Just to set expectation correct, I am not from Atlassian company. I am also a Atlassian product's subject matter expert in my organization like you and others here. In community, people like us around the globe help each other in best possible way. Hence, I can't take a call whether it is a bug or not.
From your response, it sounds like, you are using free edition of the site for which you can't raise support requests (bug etc.) in Atlassian queue. You can only get help from Atlassian community. Maybe someone from Atlassian look the post and able to give you more clarity. Thank you!
