Search doesn't find pages unless recently edited

The search function doesn't show any results unless it can find pages I've edited in the last 3 days.
I searched for content clearly on a page, because I've opened the page, and search function can't find that page, until I've made a change to it. After making a change, it can find it no problem.

Search used to be able to find any page, regardless of age, with the search term, and I don't know what changed.

I've looked through some menu's and the Spaces > All Content section only shows a short list of pages, all of which were edited in the last 3 days. My space has hundreds of pages. They show up just fine in the side bar and I can access all the content.

How can I get the search function to work again? It is really essential to my use of Confluence.

Hi @Dagmar Bouwer ,

it should be an indexing issue. In Confluence Cloud tere is an automatic job that perform that action in background and, as an admin, you can't force to execute manually (in server/data center you can). Btw, I know that ussually you need to request a manual indexing to Atlassian support team (https://support.atlassian.com/contact/)

Hope this helps,

Fabio

@Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ Thanks for your assistance!
I've tried to submit a support ticket, but it doesn't seem to be available for free users. Or it should be done with the Confluence Admin, but I don't know who in our organisation that would be and can't find in Confluence what account has that status.
Looking at the Space settings > Space Details > Administrators, my account is on that list.
Am I missing something or is there another way to contact support to ask for the Index reset as you suggest?
