Hello community,
Im facing an issue with default SLA fields for Response times and Resolution times, which seems to be not saving the values properly (or at all), once the clock is stopped based on the defined conditions.
What is more confusing is that when looking at the ticket info or at issue navigator, values are being returned but are fetched empty when using Jira Issue/Filter Insert macro on Confluence (by setting them at "Columns to display" section) embedded into a Filter Table macro:
JIRA Issue navigator (OK)
Confluence Jira Issue/Filter macro (OK)
Confluence Table Filter macro (NOK)
Even on a random ticket with the Response time and Resolution time already set, while exporting the content to xml, the field value are empty:
JIRA ticket (OK)
XML (NOK)
Moreover, by setting an automation to copy the content of any of those 2 fields to a custom field (tried different types to be able to allocate the values), Im getting the following error upon execution:
The field "Time to first response" and "Time to resolution" are SLA CustomField Type and are locked for edition (and SLA CustomField type is not an option for selection upon creating a new custom field):
Note: JIRA is Cloud-based while Confluence is Server-based
I need to perform some calculation on those fields at Confluence so this blocks me to move forward therefore any hint/suggestion are more than welcome :)
Thanks in advance,
Regards
