I used to be able to access the SKB homepage(https://wiki.asml.com/wiki/confluence/display/kmexchange/Service+Knowledge+Base). However, it suddenly became inaccessible. I did not know the contact information, so I asked here.

Hi Seiichi,

it will be almost impossible to state why the site has been shutdown.
The common basis seems only to be that they use (used?) Confluence. Why the page now shows an error cannot be determined by the community - I'd try to contact the site owner if I were you, per mail or even per telephone if they should not provide an e-mail address.
