Currently, there is no option to manage access token using a REST API endpoint. The only way to presently manage them is to use the web UI.
There are multiple reasons as to why this would cause an issue, mainly due to security events which could come from exposed credentials leading to someone generating and managing tokens for multiple users.

He was asking about revoking tokens already granted. It's part of the OAuth spec, and it's a security issue to not be able to revoke tokens.
