When setting up the system so that members outside the company can only view certain pages, all pages are restricted and only the pages they want to see are made public.
Is it possible to set that only certain pages of the space can be viewed, since it is difficult to set view restrictions on all pages each time?
Hi @asumi_t and welcome,
Confluence has a permissive approach so that you need to make space public and then restrict pages that should not be accessible to everyone.
My suggestion is to create two main pages "Public" and "Private" and apply restriction to Private page and put as children all restricted pages. Children will inherit restrictions from parent.
Hope this clarifies,
Fabio
