Restrictions not inherited by Question List

I would like to make use of a Confluence space with a page containing a question list that is restricted to a group. I have created a restricted page and then added a question list with the Question List macro. The question is still visible to everyone. Could this be considered a security leak? In any case, is it possible to restrict a question list to a group and/or person?

Right now we don't have the concept of restricted questions or topics but we have an open feature request for this at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CQ-364
