Restricted page - Display format url sharing - Confluence Cloud Standard

We have a user that wants to be able to share display urls rather than tiny urls that work for restricted pages.

They noticed they can't just easily grab it from the address bar while on a restricted page because if a user is not already logged in or they see the error message when they try to access the link.

Is there any way to share the display version rather than the tiny url version found in the link and share options?

Hi Janelle ,

when you use the "Link" option (by clicking the link icon or using Ctrl+K), you can select "Advanced" and paste the full display URL. This will create a link that shows the display URL instead of the tiny one.

@Henning Stoll Hi, when I click the link icon, I don't have an advanced option. If I click on the link icon it just says link copied.
