After clicking the Reset Password link in email from Confluence and entering a new password in the Reset Password page, I receive the error;
"The following error(s) occurred:
User with username 'Jeff' does not exist."
Hi Jeff,
Assuming this is from your Confluence Cloud installation, my suggestion would be to try using either 'jeff' or possible the email address of your account (as this may be your username).
If you are still having issues, let us know on support.atlassian.comand we can jump on and have a look :)
Cheers,
Paul
Paul,
Thanks for the reply. Yes, this is from Confluence Cloud installation. Username is actually 'jeff carpenter' which I believe is causing the problem (space in user name). The update password page only prompts for "new password" and "new password confirmation" so no way to specify email address. Any help would be appreciated. Alternatively, is there a way for me to change my username in Confluence?
Cheers,
jeff.
