While monitoring the system through APM, I noticed an overload like the attached file, and it turned out to be caused by the use of the LMS Add-on.
Based on what we checked through the log, it seems that the system load appears when the access account contains special characters (ex. p_lgcns).
Is it related to the access account? Or could there be another cause?

In your ticket please reproduce the issue, create a support.zip file and share it with us. We will need log files from each of your nodes. Also, please specify how many users you have.
