Report by status

I'm looking to insert content from a space, based on the status they have. For example: 

• Show all items from a space that have status color green
• Show all items from a space that has copy "on hold"

This appears to have been possible with the old editor, but we are using Confluence cloud.

Hi @Guinevere Orvis ,

You still can implement the same case using the Page Properties Report and Status macros.

If you need to filter you final Page Properties Report by statuses, then you'll need additional apps such as Table Filter and Charts for Confluence.

You can use Handy Status from the Handy Macros for Confluence app. It allows adding the page label once you add the status. Later on, you can sort the pages by label to find all the pages in the required status.

If you are using workflows for those pages normally you have available a report macro that you can then use.

If you are using the status macro from Confluence you can possibly have this report by using:

• Insert the page properties macro | Confluence Cloud | Atlassian Support
• Insert the page properties report macro | Confluence Cloud | Atlassian Support
