Removing permanently old app confluence

Hello everyone,

I need to remove permanently old app confluence.

For this action i went to my old site guavapay > confluence app > billing > Delete > continue with canceled > cancel subscription

Then i get message "subscription successfully canceled"

But nothing happens even though i did these action many times

Could someone help me cancel this app

please click on the blue link which is called "Change". There you can change from Standard Plan to Free Plan. After that you should not be charged again.

I did what you said and changed plan to free, but also i would like to delete this app from this site but not the site, how can i do it?

Hi @Brian Trepto

I did it, i removed unnecessary site i mentioned previously.

I didn't have "organization access" therefore i couldn't remove this one.

I removed it and everything is ok.
