https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/understand-authentication-policies/

Reffering the URL link as above link, If system's admin set the departed policy and do include the targeted system's account users who are applied on this system polices, Is it possible that system's admin only could indicate the special OTP like my company's OTP System?

- this inquiry is based on this situation If my company uses the 'biliable Atlassian Guard Standard' service. Also, It's based on this situation that system admin already did set departed policy and did include targeted system's account users who is in Korea Office employees. Also, It's related to 'Enforcement two-steps authticiation' function in 'biliable Atlassian Guard Standard' service.

To summarize the key contents, It the inquires whether system admin could set the limit that system's account users only could user special OTP Service what system's admin set the only one OTP Service.

Thanks.

Hi @Sanggi Lee(이상기)

Atlassian's Guard Standard enables administrators to enforce two-factor authentication (2FA), but it doesn't provide native support for restricting users to a specific, custom One-Time Password (OTP) service.

To implement this level of customization, you'll need to explore alternative solutions, such as integrating with third-party services or developing custom scripts, to ensure users utilize your company's OTP system.

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards
