Recovery of Deleted Content from ContiForm?

I have a ContiForm set-up for a training list, and I deleted some past trainings from the Form settings. Is there a way to recover the deleted trainings? 

I restored the previous version on the page, but the form content did not repopulate the deleted ContiForm content.

Sorry, deleted data cannot be recovered

And stored data is not part of the page and reverting to previous version will only revert to previous form configuration
