Read Only Permissions in Confluence

FORFIRM ITALIA SRL October 16, 2020

Hi,

a question about which kind of group will affect the total number of users allowed to use confluence.

I explain: we have 10 user licence.

Sometimes when I try to edit a confluence artichle, there is a message saying that we have exceeded the max number of users (10).

in jira I manage all usera and I assign them to some groups (many of them to no group, they only need access to create a ticket on jira service desk.

My question is: I have not understood which group will affect this problem to arrive at the max number of users allowed:

could you please tell me which one of these ?

because if I add a check for jira service desk or jira software, it will be count and confluence for all users cannot be edited but only read

But which one of these determinate the problem to not being able to edit confluence arthicles?

thanks

It's the group(s) you have defined in Global Permissions with "Can Use" permission.
