Reactive subscription under Free plan

Hi Team,

My site's subscription to JIRA and confluence was cancelled. The mail suggested me to update my billing details and change my plan to FREE under manage subscription. I don't find this option in my dashboard and the subscription still shows to be deactivated. My payment details are added and currently the number of users I have is below 9 thus I wanted to reactivate the product access under the FREE plan. 

It would be really helpful if the team can assist us with it? Thanks.

Hi @Dhrubajyoti Chakraborty welcome to the community.  I would suggest opening a ticket with support ( and choose the option regarding 'Billing, Payments, and Pricing'.  They should be able to assist you.
