My site's subscription to JIRA and confluence was cancelled. The mail suggested me to update my billing details and change my plan to FREE under manage subscription. I don't find this option in my dashboard and the subscription still shows to be deactivated. My payment details are added and currently the number of users I have is below 9 thus I wanted to reactivate the product access under the FREE plan.
Hi @Dhrubajyoti Chakraborty welcome to the community. I would suggest opening a ticket with support (support.atlassian.com/contact) and choose the option regarding 'Billing, Payments, and Pricing'. They should be able to assist you.
