How can I track who moves a page in my Confluence space?

There is no mention in version-history if I were to make Folder 1 a sub-folder of Folder 2.

Currently it is not possible to track page movements in confluence cloud. There is already a feature suggestion raised with Atlassian on this - Movement of a page should be recorded in page history

I would suggest you to vote for this suggestion and watch it for future updates.
