RSS Macro in Confluence Cloud

Where is the setting to enable the RSS Macro for Cloud admins? This is unclear in the help docs... or I'm looking in the wrong place.

@Jim Gilliam Confluence Cloud doesn't have a direct RSS reader as a built-in macro.  I don't believe that there is one in the marketplace either.  Here is an older post about a workaround using the iFrame macro.  https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Confluence-Cloud-How-do-you-add-an-RSS-Feed-into-a-space-page/qaq-p/1639875
