Hi,
We had to move our confluence install to the new server, but having issues when trying to access confluence using base url.
Confluence Service is running. When browsing http://localhost:8090 on the local server, I can access and all seems to be updated fine. Also appears to be working fine if use http://'Servername':8090/confluence/ but not with base url.
Nothing in the logfile to support this,
Hi @Mursel Beqa ,
please verify if you configured correctly application context (/confluence) and verify that port 8090 is opened to external.
Try to access confluence through http://SERVER_NAME:8090 or http://SERVER_IP:8090
Fabio
hi Fabio, thank you for getting back to me.

Work fine when trying to access it http://SERVER_NAME:8090 but not when using the base url
Thanks

Based on the configuration file you should access tool with http://SERVER_NAME:8090/confluence (that should be the base url). Isn't it?

@Mursel Beqa , it is not an application issue but you need to perform a check at reverse proxy/network side.
