My customer wants to transfer Jira and Confluence, which are currently running, to another server. (Transfer from server to server, products currently owned by customers have licenses for servers)
In the current environment, users are managed through crowds, but in a changing environment, the customer's AD must be used. What should be noted at this time?
1. For example, if the crowd is managed by email, but the customer's AD is managed by the company number, what should we consider and what information should we change?
2. Isn't it supported to import and export data?
