Query hash mismatch using confluence api

I'm following the following tutorial:

I can register my app fine but when I receive the created webhook I get the error Query hash mismatch.

If I comment out the JWT validation then it works fine (obviously)

The full error is below

Authentication verification error: 401 Authentication failed: query hash does not match.
