Al abrir una página de confluence en los diagramas Draw.io aparece el mensaje App is not responding. Wait or cancel?

No permite visualizarlos. 

Ya eliminé caché, borré cookies, abrí la página en modo privado y nada funcionó. 

En el celular si puedo ver los diagramas pero desde la web no. 

Alguien podría darme alternativas de cómo solucionarlo, por favor
