may I seek a piece of information on plugins or APIs which can help to integrate Qtest & Confluence?

I did check we only have Jira & Confluence plugin

There is App for Jira and I did not find one for Confluence. You might want to contact the Support of the qtest and check if they have any options for you. Below is the link to reach support.
