We have an IT team member after he publishes articles neither he nor the team are able to view the published article. See screen shots below:
Help Desk has been having an issue with past KB articles not appearing.
Luckily the work that I have worked on, have been starred in the past for my fast access.
The rest of the Help Desk could not locate my past created KB articles as well.
The only time you can find an article, is if it has been recently uploaded.

I'm not sure I can very helpful here. Could you try to rephrase what issue you are seeing? I'm guessing that pages are disappearing after you publish them? Depending on what you are seeing there might be a few things that could cause this, but I'm confused.
