Public user of a Cloud Confluence page is getting prompted to log in when using Safari on Mac
- We have a public Confluence space for our data users.
- A public (not logged in) user recently messaged us that he was getting prompted to log in when he went to pages in our public space
- He was using Safari on a Mac
- When he uses Chrome on the Mac he does not encounter the issue.
Questions
- Is that common?
- It is a reaction to something on the page, like a macro or jira ticket link? (Something I can fix)
- Or is it just Safari? (meaning I can't fix it, and we just need to tell users not to use Safari to access our Confluence space.)
