Public permission acces

Hello again!

I'm trying to give an external user access to my space. I have realized that in the  menu space settings, "anyone access," "anonymous," and "all right" aren't available. When I try to modify it, the page doesn't work.

Why is this happening?

It doens t work .  I did it .
Looks this image ,  I can't change it

Anonymous access must be enabled in global settings by Confluence admin. Then, you can  modify in your space settings.
