Public Commenting and Page Content Suggestions

Wolfgang Göbl July 3, 2018

Hello everybody.

I want to set up a Confluence Wiki. It should be open for public in a way that everybody can comment on pages and edit pages as suggestions. Suggestions must be approved by content editors before they go live.

Is this possible via anonymous users? Does this work in practice in other Open Participation scenarios, or is it a problem in practice due to destrutive people?

How can I do that? Can I do it with Confluence Cloud? What settings do I need that suggestions must be approved before going live?

Thx

Wolfgang

Wolfgang,

There is no permission that controls comments across the entire site.
