Problems with confluence key license in installation

During instalation the key license the aplicatio show me this Server Id: BAXF-8V5E-WGT-W0RQ, but when I try to get the license key from your web with this Server Id, the web returns an error: Invalid server Id.InstalationLicenseRequest.jpgSerAtlassianWebLicenseConsultation.jpg
