I have the problem not to be able to connect Slack with Confluence (Cloud). What browser are you using? Is cross-site tracking enabled?
Safari, Chrome, and Firefox all have abilities to disable "cross-site tracking." We need to cross-site tracking to be enabled in order to use the cookies that support this login process. Safari disables cross-site tracking by default; Chrome and Firefox do not, but one can disable them in the settings. For this Confluence login process to work, you'll want to make sure cross-site tracking is enabled.
