Problem with directory Sync (Active Directory) not correct

Hi,

Then system information show sync finished.(Administrator Page -> Active Directory )

But, when i click Synchronise link. Then page show Increment ......

It is correct, the Active Directory has changed new Group.

The new AD Group create ten minutes ago.

Could you help me,how to fix this issue?

Hi - I understand that you created an AD group and ten minutes later it was not synchronized to Confluence, however, the User Directory did synchronize the group when you clicked the link to synchronize manually.

The default synchronization interval is 60 minutes so it is possible to create a group in AD and not have it show up for an hour, unless you click the link to sync right away.

Hi Ann,

Thank you for response.

But this issue not first time .

Sometime we changed the AD group(maybe one  day ago),but the default synchronise was show result Complete.

We always need to click Sync link.

 

Do you have any suggested?

The Confluence version is 6.3.1.
