Printing Issues

Keith Robben February 12, 2024

I would like to print my KB articles that were saved and published, but when I try to print or save, the data is missing and/or overlapping .

How do I print a clean, clear copy.

Hi Keith, I just used the 'Export space' functionality and Confluence exported my space to PDF and included a Table of Contents for all my articles that I could click on.  I didn't see any overlapping.  Then I figure I could print the whole thing if needed.  I'm not sure what you've tried, but if you haven't, you may want to try that.

My pages aren't very complicated, but it seemed to work for me.

Dan, Thank you - I was able to print, save and also transfer as a back up copy using that route with no issue.

Second part of this..I publish my articles to a front end user (service desk) - they are trying to save as pdf and print.  Any suggestions?
