Hello! The former admin on our page has a deactivated email and is no longer with our company. Who do i contact in regards to, or how do i go about shifting administrative permissions/rights to a current employee?
I have the same issue here at my company and, worse yet, we do not know who was the admin or what was the admin access.
Any additional advice on this would be much appreciated.
If your IT team can re-activate the old admin's email and provide access to the new admin they'll be able to regain access to make the necessary changes to your Atlassian org. Here's some related articles.
